广东上市公司协会（以下简称协会）成立于2003年，是经广东省民政厅批准成立的上市公司自律管理组织，属于非营利性社会团体法人，接受中国证券监督管理委员会广东监管局（以下简称广东证监局）和广东省民政厅的业务指导和监督管理。 协会现有会员单位全部为注册地在广东辖区（不含深圳）的沪深交易所上市公司（截至2021年10月31日，辖区共有上市公司377家）。协会最高权力机构是全体会员组成的会员大会，常设领导机构是理事会，常设办事机构是秘书处。协会设董事会秘书专业委员会、财务总监专业委员会、证券事务代表工作委员会等自律组织。

Guangdong Listed Companies Association (hereinafter referred to as the Association), established in 2003, is a self-discipline management organization of listed companies approved by the Department of civil affairs of Guangdong Province. It is a non-profit social organization legal person and accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the Guangdong regulatory bureau of China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Guangdong securities regulatory bureau) and the Department of civil affairs of Guangdong Province. The existing member units of the association are all listed companies of Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchange whose registered place is in the jurisdiction of Guangdong (excluding Shenzhen) (as of October 31, 2021, there were 377 listed companies in the jurisdiction). The highest authority of the association is the general assembly composed of all members, the permanent leading body is the Council, and the permanent office is the Secretariat. The association has self-discipline organizations such as the professional committee of the Secretary of the board of directors, the professional committee of the chief financial officer, and the working committee of securities affairs representatives.
