Configuration: 3-sided enclosure, 1 fascia with company name, 4 lighting lamps, 3 information counter, 1 square table, 6 folding chairs, 1 waste paper basket, 1 power socket and carpet flooring.
Standard Booth Preparation Time: 19th June, 2024, 13:00-17:00; 20th June 2024, 9:00-17:00
Exhibition Time: 21st -23rd June, 2024, 9:00-17:00
Booth Dismantling Time: 23rd June, 2024, 16:00-20:00
Registration Methods
1.Booth Registration: Exhibitors fill the Exhibitor Registration Form, stamp it with the official company seal and send E-mail to gzife@gzife.com or fax it to the Organizing Committee Office: 8620-83396868、83385852、83311818.
2.Booth Confirmation: After receiving the Exhibitor Registration Form, GIFE Organizing Committee Office will issue a Booth Confirmation Letter in early June 2024 to exhibitors. The exhibitors can visit the exhibition hall with the Booth Confirmation letter to register and prepare their respective booths.
3.Company Profiles Collection Notice: Please submit relevant company profiles before 20th May refer to the Company Profiles Collection Notice released on the EXPO website.
