广东省融资担保业协会（以下简称“协会”）经由广东省民政厅批准于2016年3月9日正式成立。协会由广东省融资担保业机构和担保相关领域的社会组织自愿联合发起成立，是经广东省社团登记机关核准登记的具有独立法人资格的全省性非营利性社会团体。协会接受政府相关职能部门广东省地方金融监督管理局和社团登记管理机关广东省民政厅的业务指导和监督管理。

Guangdong Financing Guarantee Industry Association (hereinafter referred to as ""the association"") was officially established on March 9, 2016 with the approval of the Department of civil affairs of Guangdong Province. The association is a provincial non-profit social organization with independent legal personality approved and registered by the Association registration authority of Guangdong Province. The association accepts the business guidance, supervision and management of the relevant functional departments of the government, the local financial supervision and Administration Bureau of Guangdong Province and the Civil Affairs Department of Guangdong Province.
