广州市小额贷款行业协会，地方性的非营利性社会团体。本协会登记管理机关是广州市民政局，业务指导单位是广州市金融工作局。本协会接受登记管理机关和业务指导单位的监督管理。经广州市金融工作局及广州民间金融街管理委员会批准，确定广州市小额贷款行业协会和广州民间金融商会为“一套班子两块牌子”，因此加入协会即自动成为商会的会员。

Guangzhou microfinance industry association is a local non-profit social organization. The registration authority of the association is Guangzhou Civil Affairs Bureau, and the business guidance unit is Guangzhou financial work bureau. The association is subject to the supervision and management of the registration authority and the business guidance unit. With the approval of Guangzhou financial work bureau and Guangzhou Private Finance Street Management Committee, Guangzhou microfinance industry association and Guangzhou private finance chamber of commerce are determined as ""one team and two brands"". Therefore, joining the association will automatically become a member of the chamber of Commerce.
