广州私募基金协会（GPEC）于2013年1月由广州社会组织管理局批准设立，是广州地区唯一私募投资行业专业协会，接受广州市地方金融监督管理局工作指导，是中国证券投资基金业协会特别会员。 广州创业与风险投资协会（GZVC)是由广州地区从事天使投资的个人、创新创业企业、风险/创业投资及其相关咨询服务的企业/团体自愿组成的地方性、专业性、非盈利性社会团体。 协会致力于推动资本市场服务实体经济，打造资本与资源信息汇聚的平台，积极搭建行业、市场、政府部门间的沟通桥梁，提升和活跃行业氛围，不断推动行业发展变革。旗下成立有【私募投资纠纷调解委员会】、【产业引导基金专委会】、【联合党支部】等专项板块。 协会常设秘书处，围绕资本市场业务开展服务，内容涵盖：地方投资政策研究，投资峰会、产业发展论坛、专业知识培训的举办，企业投融资顾问，国内外交流访问，QFLP落地服务，以及海外项目引进等。每年组织相关活动百余场，备受业界同仁认可。

Guangzhou Private Equity Council (GPEC) was established in January 2013. It is the only professional council of private investment industry in Guangzhou. GPEC runs under the guidance of Guangzhou Local Financial Supervision Administration. It is the special member of Asset Management Association of China （AMAC）. Nearly 200 well-known financial investment instititions joined GPEC by now. Guangzhou Venture Capital Association (GZVC) is a local, professional, non-profit social organization,voluntarily formed by individuals engaged in angel investment, innovative entrepreneurial enterprises, venture/venture investment and related consulting services in the Guangzhou area.
