广州市商业保理行业协会（以下简称“协会”），成立于2020年1月11日，是依照国家有关法律、法规，在广州市地方金融监督管理局的支持和指导下，由具有法人资格的商业保理公司及相关经济组织自愿发起组建的地方性、行业性、非营利性的行业自律组织。 协会设有行业自律委员会、专家委员会、法律与风控委员会、标准化委员会等机构；日常办事机构为秘书处，下设办公室、研究部、会员服务部、法律事务部、教育培训部、对外联络部等部门；拥有中铁建保理、广州金控花都保理、天翼保理、中铁保理、宝凯道融保理等一批优秀的会员企业，并与广东省商业保理协会、深圳市商业保理协会实行会员互认、资源共享。
