横琴新区金融服务中心是于2012年5月10日经珠海市机构编制办公室批复成立的公益一类事业单位。其主要职能是：为进驻横琴新区的金融机构提供服务；进行金融创新政策研究；承办相关金融会议、论坛和会展；为合作方挖掘并推荐的优质融资项目提供专业的项目对接和融资顾问服务；定期举办投融资培训班和座谈会，帮助企业提升资本运作技能、了解资本市场运营环境、政策导向和投融资运作经验。
