广州凯得控股有限公司（以下简称“凯得公司”）于1998年11月6日成立，是广州经济技术开发区、广州高新技术产业开发区、广州出口加工区、广州保税区（以下简称“广州开发区”）管理委员会为拓展资本经营和资产经营，优化产业结构，加速广州开发区的经济发展而设立的国有独资有限责任公司。

Guangzhou GET Investment Holdings Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as ""GET company"") was established on November 6, 1998. It is a wholly state-owned limited liability company established by the Management Committee of Guangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone, Guangzhou high tech Industrial Development Zone, Guangzhou Export Processing Zone and Guangzhou Free Trade Zone (hereinafter referred to as ""Guangzhou Development Zone"") to expand capital and asset management, optimize industrial structure and accelerate the economic development of Guangzhou Development Zone.
