广东股权交易中心（简称“广东股交”）是根据《国务院办公厅关于规范发展区域性股权市场的通知》、《区域性股权市场监督管理试行办法》等要求成立的广东省（深圳除外）唯一合法的区域性股权市场运营机构，是广东省重要的地方金融基础设施平台、重要的中小微企业综合金融服务平台、地方性证券交易场所。截至2021年8月，广东股交共有挂牌展示企业超1.9万家，托管企业3703家，累计实现融资超1300亿，市场规模及业务规模均走在全国前列。 广东股交以深耕南粤、服务实体为宗旨，围绕“打造广东新发展格局战略支点的金融排头兵”的目标，加快创新发展，提高企业质量。一是搭建以股权融资为核心的融资服务体系，包括可转债、LP份额质押、知识产权质押等；二是通过实施“苗圃工程”，构建普惠服务和培育孵化体系；三是充分发挥股权托管功能，探索建设“非上市证券集中托管平台”；四是发挥资本市场服务科技创新职能，高质量、高标准建设“广东省科技创新专板”“农业高质量发展板”“专精特新板”，高效运营“广东省中小企业融资平台”。 下一步，广东股交将继续发挥资本平台功能，增强金融服务实体经济和防控金融风险能力，进一步打造全国领先、具有强大影响力和竞争力的区域性股权市场。
