广东省公共资源交易联合会（以下称联合会）是为了贯彻落实国家深化公共资源交易体制机制改革，整合建立统一的公共资源交易平台体系，大力推进公共资源交易电子化和市场化等改革发展要求，由广东省公共资源交易管理工作委员会办公室提出，省公共资源交易中心等25家单位牵头，2017年7月成立的综合型、联合性社会组织。成立时广东省发改委作为业务主管单位。目前业务指导单位为广东省政务服务数据管理局。公共资源交易业务涵盖工程建设招投标、政府采购、国有产权交易、土地与矿业权出让四大类别。凡中华人民共和国境内注册、登记的与公共资源交易相关的单位和个人，均可申请加入联合会。

The Public Resources Exchange Association of Guangdong Province is to implement the reform and development requirements of deepening the reform of public resources trading system and mechanism, integrating and establishing a unified public resources trading platform system, and vigorously promoting the electronization and marketization of public resources trading. It was proposed by the office of Guangdong Public Resources Trading Management Committee and led by 25 units including Guangdong Public Resources Trading Center, A comprehensive and joint social organization established in july2017. At the time of establishment, Guangdong Provincial Development and Reform Commission was the competent business unit. At present, the business guidance unit is Guangdong Government Affairs Service Data Management Bureau. The public resource transaction business covers four categories: project construction bidding, government procurement, state-owned property right transaction, and land and mining right transfer. All units and individuals registered within the territory of the people's Republic of China and related to public resource transactions can apply to join the Federation.
