汇丰人寿保险有限公司于2009年由汇丰保险（亚洲）有限公司和国民信托有限公司合资成立，双方各占50%股权，公司注册资本为10.25亿元人民币，总部设于上海。汇丰人寿在中国内地开展全面的保险业务，覆盖保障、退休养老、子女教育、财富增值与传承。2021年12月30日，中国银保监会上海监管局批准汇丰人寿变更股东，汇丰保险（亚洲）有限公司股比提高至100%。股权变更完成后，汇丰人寿将成为汇丰保险（亚洲）有限公司的全资控股子公司。

Headquartered in Shanghai, HSBC Life Insurance Company Limited is a 50-50 joint venture between HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited and The National Trust Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB 1025 million. HSBC Life offers a comprehensive range of insurance solutions to our customers covering protection, retirement, children’s education, wealth growth and management, and legacy planning. On 30 December 2021, HSBC Insurance (Asia) Limited received regulatory approval to acquire remaining 50% stake in HSBC Life, which would allow HSBC to take its shareholding to 100% upon completion.
