广州金融发展服务中心（简称“广州金服”）, 是在广州市地方金融监督管理局指导下，自2017年开始筹备，在广州市主要领导批示及第七届中国（广州）国际金融交易•博览会启动仪式授牌后，于2018年10月23日正式注册成立的广州市综合型金融服务平台。 广州金服战略定位清晰，政策支持扎实，逐步探索形成“1+3+2”总体业务布局，即一个综合型金融服务平台的目标定位，围绕服务实体经济、广州金融政策研究与服务、宣传推广与对外交流合作等三大职能，打造金融文化事业和服务实体经济两大业务平台，致力于优化粤港澳大湾区金融发展环境、提升金融集聚辐射，加强重点产业、金融机构和人才服务，提升金融文化建设与品牌宣传，推进金融信息化建设，深化金融交流与合作，不断完善广州现代金融服务体系，力争“十四五”时期打造成为地方金融发展重要基础设施平台。

With the solid policy support form local government,the Guangzhou Financial Development Service Center(GZFDSC) has beenimplementing its strategic positioning,and formatting a "1+3+2"business model The "1" refers to a ultimate goal, developing a comprehensive financial services platform;The "3" refers to three essential functions,which are serving the real economy, studting regional policies and providing feasible policy proposal , as well as promotingexternal communication and cooperation; The "2" refers to two major financial-related business platforms, a platform specialized in cultural undertaking,and a platform specialized in serving the real economy. Byoptimizing the financial environment of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and enhancing the radiation effect of financial agglomeration, strengthening the services of key industries,financial institutions, and talents, enhancing financial culture construction and brand publicity, promoting the construction of financial information, deepening the financial communication and cooperation, and constantly improving the modern financial service system of Guangzhou,The Center is committed to become an important infrastructure for local finance.
